She was predeceased by: her parents, John Toohey and Brigette Toohey; her sister Patsy; and her husband Edward Costigan. She is survived by: her sisters, Bridie, Honey and Jackie; and her son Edward Costigan (Amy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
