He is survived by: his wife Heather; his parents, Michael Smith and Karen Smith; his sisters, Keri Smith-Tracy (Kevin Tracy) and Colleen Kazimir (Darren Kazimir); and his nieces and nephews, Paige Hammonds and Cullen Kazimir. He is also survived by his family and friends.
