Kay of Wind Gap, PA; his sister Elizabeth Kay Amodeo (Eddie); his nieces, Maria and Allison; his nephew Eddie H; his aunts, Susan Zuretti (Chuck) and Ellen Wood (John); and his stepmother Sandy (Patti Gardner). He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
