She was predeceased by: her father James Blasiole; and her cousins, Ralph Muzzillo, Nicholas Muzzilo Jr., Adrienne Muzzillo and Neil Tucci.

She is survived by: her cousins, Gerard Muzzillo (Joan), Ann Marie Monahan (Gary), Victor Muzzillo (Sheryl) and Maryann Soinski; and her friends, Kathy Hannigan and Daniel Palma.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marylouise's name to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 302 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
