She is survived by: her husband Casey Gerhold; her sons, Carter and Landon Gerhold; her parents, Karen Henderson Kistle (Anthony) of Dingman's Ferry, Pennsylvania and Joseph Anthony Scarpaci (Donna) of Tafton, Pennsylvania; her sister Kristen Lee Scarpaci (Michael Reece); her niece Ella of Hawley, Pennsylvania; her stepbrothers, Carl, Craig and Christopher Lange; her in-laws, Pauline and Patrick Fine of Lafayette; her siblings-in-law, Madison Fine of Lafayette and Tyler Fine of Lafayette; her father-in-law Gregory Francis Gerhold (Heather); and her sisters-in-law, Brooke, Shelby and Bridget.
