With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Varga Jr. of Hackettstown, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on June 27, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Varga,; his wife Lillian Varga (Abbott); and his brother Robert Varga. He is survived by: his children, Debra Melick (David), Karen Harris (Randy), Jeanne Phillips (David) and Anthony Varga (Jennifer); and his brother Richard Varga. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Mountain Church, 2 E. Springtown Rd, Long Valley, NJ 07853 in memory of John.
