It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Oliver Quick Sr. in Hackettstown, New Jersey, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Quick and Helen Quick; his wife Shirley; his daughter Theresa; and his siblings, Tom, Elmer, Charlie, Jake, Donald, Ruth and Alice May.
He is survived by: his children, Cara Quick and James Quick, Jr.; and his siblings, Dave, Bill, Ralph, Grace, Jean and Mary Lou. He is also survived by 40 nieces and, nephews, great nieces, nephews as well as great, great nieces and nephews.
