She was predeceased by: her father Stanislaw; and her siblings, Jan Puchacz, Janina Pajko and Sophie Sendziak. She is survived by: her sister Stella Lempicki; and her nieces and nephews, Josephine Forestiere (James), Jean Kovach (Bert), Zofia Bielaszka (Jeff), Vincent Sendziak Jr. (Connie), Mark Puchacz (Agata) and Jurek Lempicki. She is also survived by his family and many great and great-great nieces and great and great-great nephews.
