She was predeceased by: her father Francis "Butz" Zelesnik; and her daughter Bridgette Hodell. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Smith (Dwayne); her sisters, Sue McKay (William) and Zara Kirkwood (Richard); and her nephews, William "Beagle" Jarvis, Christopher and Kevin Kirkwood.
