She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Monaghan; her parents, Douglas Curran and Mary Curran; her children, Doreen Monaghan and Timothy Monaghan; her grandchildren, Jennifer Monaghan, Suzanne McCain and Alex Blanar; her siblings, Douglas Curran, Elsie Verrastro and Eileen Chirogeanis; and her son-in-law Vincent Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Monaghan (Susan), Brian Monaghan, Deborah Walters and Theresa Blanar; her grandchildren, Jenna Brewi (Jason), Alexa Berkins (Scott) and Matthew Walters (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Quinn Brewi, Eva Berkins and Max Berkins; and her friend Maria Kanaropoulos.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (712 Grove St, Montclair, NJ 07043).
