It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Sparkes of Hackettstown, New Jersey, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Poniatowski and Helen Poniatowski; her husband Jay Sparkes; her son Trevor (Marcia); her granddaughters, Guinevere, Tallulah and Velouria; and her brother Steve Poniatowski (Jinxey).
