Maciejczyk of Hackettstown, New Jersey, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her parents, Michael Kedda and Lottie Kedda (Koscinski); and her brothers, Leonard, Edward and Henry Kedda (Buggs).

She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Stephen; and her grandchildren, Connor and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
