She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard F Watters and Essie Watters (Mershon); and her husband Ralph Edwin Bailey. She is survived by: her son Gregory Bailey (Patrice) of Lewes; her grandchildren, Krista Murphy (Ryan), Jessica Silvent (Joe) and Gregory S. Bailey (Nicole); and her stepgrandson Jory White (Mary). She is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces.
