He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael and Marie Veronica Solomita (Iasello). He is survived by: his wife Hilda Solomita (Brooks); his children, Gae Dougherty (Joel), Joseph Solomita, Alicia Solomita and Alfonse Solomita; and his grandchildren, Heather, Jerry, Victoria and Brianna.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Mountain Church (2 E Springtown Rd, Long Valley, NJ 07853).
