Willaim was predeceased by: sister Janice D'Elia. Willaim is survived by: wife Catherine A.; sons, Daniel B. D'Elia and Matthew W. D'Elia Sr. (MaryEllen); and grandson Matthew W. D'Elia Jr.. Willaim is also survived by two aunts and numerous cousins.
