He was predeceased by: his wife Florence. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Labrecque (Theodore III) of Manchester, NJ and Karen Williams (William) of Clifton, VA; and his grandchildren, Gina, Theodore IV, Brandon, Victoria, Spencer, Maria and Hayden.
