He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Ann Lewis (Nee); his siblings, Kay Cirrinone, Jack Lewis and Bill Lewis; and his daughter-in-law Michele Lewis.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Monica; his wife Gisela Lewis of Wall Township, NJ; his children, Robert Lewis of Rumson, NJ, Monica Smith (Rich) of Mendham, NJ and Erika Egan (Bill) of Haddonfield, NJ; his grandchildren, Autumn, Liam, Amelia, Cole and Grant; and his siblings, Thomas Lewis, George Lewis and Ann Marie Feitt.
