It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Forte Jr. (Hackensack, New Jersey), who passed away on March 6, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Christine Uriarte of Jackson, NJ and Phillip John Forte (Amy) of Wood-Ridge, NJ; his stepchildren, Debra Pastuszak (Billy) and Darlyn Savage (Kenny); his grandchildren, Jaiden, Jordan, Phillip and Jenna Marie; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin, Scott, Lindsay, Ryan and Kyle; and his brother Bert Leal (Victoria).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Deborah Heart and Lung Foundation.
