He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Alice Chiffriller. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, James O'Hare (Marilyn), Peter M. O'Hare (Jennifer), Brendan O'Hare and Patricia Romano (Tony); his grandchildren, Kayla, Christian, Samantha, Sean, Michael, Liam, Shannon, Erin, Peter and AJ; and his sister Sally Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
