He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harley and Bridget Harley (Nee Manning) of Bogota; and his brother Gregory Harley of Toms River. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Harley (Nee Mechan); and his siblings, Marguerite Andre (Jorge) of Costa Rica, Michael Harley (Janice) of River Edge, Damien Haydon (Gerri) of Ramsey and Christine Schulze (Paul) of Ramsey. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many other loving great nieces, great nephews and many close friends.
