She was predeceased by: her husband Orlando Chacon; and her son Robert Chacon. She is survived by: her son Orlando Chacon Jr. (Miriam) of Hackensack; her grandchildren, Jason Chacon (Colleen), Jordan Chacon (Erica) and Ciara Chacon; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Logan and Kai Chacon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flower the family asks that donations can be made to Hackensack Volunteer Ambulance for COVID-19 supplies.
