He was predeceased by: his parents, Herleana Allen and William Fullwood; his children, Dellean Allen and Morris Allen; his siblings, Frances Hasty, Irma Allen and William Allen; his nephew Albert Brown; his niece Lizette Phillips Parker; and his cousins, Norman Samuels and Herman Samuels.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin Allen, Jr., Duane Allen, Molique Bunch, Shamar Bunch, Deborah Allen, Simia Crocker, Felicia Allen and Akira Bunch; and his siblings, Delores Brown, Joan Eichelberger, Margaret Leak and George G. Allen. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
