He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Vincenza and Anthony Mario Candela; his siblings, Nicolo Candela (Gina), Calogero Candela (Maddalena), Anna Petersen (Lawrence), Salvatore Candela and Antonio Candela (Natalie); and his former wife Angela Marie Candela. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
