She was predeceased by: her siblings-in-law, Marie Cafiero and Robert Garafalo; her parents, Leo Levis and Dina Levis; and her in-laws, Salvatore and Frances Garafalo.
She is survived by: her husband Salvatore; her children, Michele Campos (Rich), Debbie Garofalo, Mike and Diana Mumm (Paul); her grandchildren, Sophia, Samantha, Aiden and Owen; and her brother Richard Levis (Agnes). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
