He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lindsey Van Horn and Antoinette Marion Wyckoff; and his wife Renate Van Horn. He is survived by: his brother Fredrick William Van Horn; and his children, Susan Ann Reyes, Philipp Henry Van Horn and Marianne Louise Riggleman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
