He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Costomiris and Efstratios Costomiris. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Agnese; his nieces, Debra Calle and Dr. Doreen Agnese; his great-niece Dr. Cassandra Calle; and his great-nephews, Zachery Calle and Maximo Calle.
