She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Velazquez and Jesus Velazquez; her boyfriend Mark Newman; her siblings, Mary Palumbo (Albert), Betty Ann Velazquez, Daniel Velazquez, Edward Velazquez and Linda Grehanov; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Rouse (Andrew), Valerie Sinatra (Kyle), Tiana Grehanov, Taylor Velazquez and Erin Vogt; her great-nieces, Valentina Sinatra and Aurora Sinatra; her great-nephew Julian Rouse; and her aunt Karen Jacobs.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kathy's name to the American Stroke Association or ASPCA.
