He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement L. Miller Sr. and Beatrice V. Miller (Barboza); his sisters, Jacqueline Moss (Miller) and Karla Miller; and his grandsons, Jaxon B. Miller and Bryce J. Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Miller (Jones); his sons, John L. Miller Jr. M. D, J. D. and Brandon C. Miller J. D.; and his grandchildren, Tara A. M. Miller, Tyrece J. Miller, Antonio J. Miller and Lorena A. K. Miller.
