It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick J. Ortiz (Hackensack, New Jersey), who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Ortiz and Palimira Ortiz (Leon); and his sister Ruth Madera. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ortiz (Carmoega); his daughter Nina; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Jaqueline, Catherine, Aida, Asia, Erica, Samantha, George, Victoria, Nicole, Stephanie, Anthony, Jessica, Lisa, Aelicia, Rachel and Taylor. He is also survived by 21 Great grandchildren.
