He was predeceased by: his parents, Liborio Setticase and Domenica Setticase; and his siblings, Emanuel Setticase, Ciro Setticase, Anthony Setticase, Vincenza Cavaleri, Marie Putrino and Joseph Setticase.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalia Setticase; his daughters, RoseAnn D'Ambra and Lisa Setticase-Sigona; his child-in-law Nicholas J. D'Ambra; his granddaughter Nicolette Rose D'Ambra; his pet Therapy; and also Lisa Sigona. He is also survived by sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to The Calais Foundation, 45 Highland Avenue, Whippany, NJ 07981.
