He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce; his children, Fe Montesa (Carlo), Fatima Gonzales and Franchette Pineda (Glenn); his grandchildren, Chloe, Katrina Gonzales, Vito, Ella Montesa, Gavin and Gio Pineda; his parents, Felipe Sr. Luna and Rosita Luna; and his siblings, Churchill, Joseph, Eliseus and Obdulia.
Felipe co-founded Alban Memorial Foundation, a non-profit charity organization that sponsors underprivileged youth scholars to attend high school and college, as well as provides livelihood to women and single mothers, and feeds orphans and seniors. Felipe and Joyce belonged to Couples for Christ and were active members of their parish in Antipolo where they made significant contributions to the community.
