He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Samuels; his sons, Christopher Samuels of Bronx, NY, Richard Samuels (Tameka) of Brooklyn, NY and Alexander Samuels of Irvington, NJ.; his grandchild Mya Danielle; and his siblings, Douglas Thomas Jr., Cecelia Thomas, Nancy Thomas, Alice Thomas, Alfred McLamb, Napoleon McLamb, Elaine McLamb and Pauline McLamb. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
