She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Wellington, Sade and Sadia; her grandsons, Ondre Wellington, Preston Phillips, Prescott Phillips and Pierson Phillips; and her siblings, Gail Mitchell Henry, Ann Horsford, Evelyn Joyce Huggins, Cossil Horsford and Coswil Horsford.
