She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent J. Wagner and Sophie Wagner; and her sister Donna Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Mike Wagner, Melissa Baker, Melinda Rodriguez (Angel Rodriguez), Cherish Chips, Kevin Chips, Daniel Chips and Dakota Chips; and her brother V. J. Wagner. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
