She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Anne Smith; her husband Steve Lichatin; her son Stephen Lichatin III; her daughter-in-law Susan Mueller Lichatin; and her siblings, John, Orrie, Harris, Robert and Anna Smith Hopper (Lomie).

She is survived by: her son Kevin (Rosanne) of Long Valley; her grandchildren, Eric Lichatin (Elizabeth Prescott) of Rhode Island, Ashley Lichatin Bohner (Cory) of Morristown and Jacquelyn Lichatin Koch (Brad) of Long Valley; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Roma and Cora Christine Lichatin; and her pet Fritzle.
