He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine. He is survived by: his children, Anthony D'Ambrosio and Lori D'Ambrosio; his grandchildren, Shiloh Cokinos, Douglas Smith and Dustin Smith; and his great grandchildren, Dante, Jaden, Logan and Nico. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends.
