He was predeceased by: his daughter Laina; and his sister Kate. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick R. McAllister, Sr. and Joan McAllister; his wife Marlaine; and his brothers, Ben and Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or to the Honor Flight Network in Patrick's memory and honor.
