He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Voorhees and Gladys Voorhees (Hall). He is survived by: his son Lyle, Jr. (Sharon) of Greenwich Township; his sister Lorlyn Heinrich (Bob) of Bloomsbury; his granddaughter Sylvia; his niece Lisa Leusenring; and his nephew Shane Heinrich.
