We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2023, at the age of 92, William K Abbott of Green Brook, New Jersey, born in Rockville Centre, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Thirlwell Abbott and Elsie Tiebel Abbott; his wife Carolyn Goodwin; his siblings, Douglas and Gale; and his son-in-law John Brylczyk.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Brylczyk, Lynn Welles (John) and Timothy Abbott (Tarja); his grandchildren, Alyson Ridge (Beau), Kyle Brylczyk (Michelle), Terrence Welles (Valerie), Kristilyn Ramos (Jorge), Carly Alessandro (Nick) and Iris Järvirinne; and his great grandchildren, George, Wyatt, Javier and Sofia.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation in William's name to the Lehigh University Athletic Department.
