He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Failla and Mary Failla. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Felicia Failla, Lorraine Flynn (James), Nancy Coletti (Jeffrey) and Stephen (Irene). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
