Margaret S. Doherty Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret S. Doherty of Green Brook, New Jersey, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sulon and Anna Sulon; her brother William; and her husband John B. Doherty. She is survived by: her brother Andrew; her children, Margie Doherty, John Doherty (Tanya), Terry Doherty (Will Horne) and Annie Doherty; and her grandsons, Carlo Morelli, Jake Londin, Cole Londin, Andrew Doherty and Alexei Doherty.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Luke's R. C. Church (300 Clinton Ave, North Plainfield, NJ 07063).
In honor of Marge's memory, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association to support research and those affected by the disease.
