He is survived by: his wife Carrieann Smith; his brother Michael Smith (Nancy); his mother Sandra Smith; his sister-in-law Kathy Plank (Joseph); and his nieces and nephews, Hoyt Smith, Avery Smith, Bryan DePew, Elysa Taylor, Ashley Taylor and Mark Taylor.
