He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph T. McNeel, and Joy McNeel, Sr. (Hill); and his granddaughter Sophia Labruna. He is survived by: his wife Jean McNeel (Almeida); his children, Angelica Labruna (Christopher) and Eric McNeel (Crystal Garvey); his stepson Matthew Bagley (Krystal); his brothers, Jeff McNeel (June), Kevin McNeel and William McNeel (Patti); and his grandchildren, Haley Chilfa, Cody Labruna, Ryan McNeel and Reagan McNeel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
