She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Petrilak and Mary Petrilak (Sikora); her significant other Edward B. Trzeciakiewicz; and her siblings, Stephen Petrilak and Mary Kavcsak.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie and Edward S.; and her siblings, John Petrilak and Helen Ricicki. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
