She was predeceased by: her spouse John J. Kormann, Sr.; and her child Philip. She is survived by: her children, John Jr. (Norma), James, Paul (late Gail), Gary (Loretta), Phyliss Hopkins (late Joe) and Anthony (Charlotte).
