He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Czechowicz and Marie Czechowicz (Derr); and his brother Robert Czechowicz (Lillian). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Czechowicz (Toy); his daughters, Donna Kennedy (Joseph), Patricia Lesinski (Robert), Dawn Czechowicz, Kelly Zane (David) and Lisa White (Michael); his grandchildren, Monica Lesinski, Heather Lesinski, Daniel Kennedy, Shaun Kennedy, Alexa Zane and Samantha Zane; and his siblings, Daniel Czechowicz (Emma), Joseph Czechowicz (late Nancy), James Czechowicz (Josephine) and Patricia Sawka (Jim).
