She was predeceased by: her husband Edward R. Severance; her parents, Raymond Cooney, Sr. and Teresa Mary Cooney; her son Raymond E. Cowgill, III; and her brother Raymond Cooney (Eileen Cooney).
She is survived by: her child Tracy Hartman (Anthony); her grandchildren, James D. Spencer, Anthony Hartman and Angela Rae Cowgill; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Zook (Tyler) and Dean Cooney (Katelyn Cairns).
Face Masks and Social Distancing are required at church and the cemetery.
