He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gary M. Harter and Anne Harter; his siblings, Ian M. Harter and Lauren N. Liddy; his grandmother Marie Fitzpatrick; and his nieces and nephews, Lorelie and Jonah. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins and a special group of friends.
