He is survived by: his wife Madia Hodge-Foulke; his children, Michael Hodge, Jaqueline Hodge and Stephanie Hodge; his grandson Giovanni of Isabella, TJ.; and his siblings, Gilbert Foulke, Sharon Foulke and Linda Foulke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
