He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orr and Margaret Orr; and his sons, Robert J. Orr, Jr., Brian Orr and Kenneth Orr.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Orr (Jones); his children, Randy Orr, James Orr and Cheryl Conroy; his stepchildren, Jay Getchell (Junita), Mark Getchell and Nicole Getchell; his siblings, Walt Orr and Edna; and his brother-in-law Ron Chiodi. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
